I’m now located in Washington, DC where finally ventured out of Michigan (born & raised) where I am now employed as a Senior Systems Network Engineer for an equity firm. I previously worked for the University of Michigan (also my alma mater) doing IT for the College of LS&A (Systems Administrator & Applications Programmer/Analyst).
I’m a programmer and an IT-Pro (Hopping between both sides of the fence as many times as I can) I tend to stick with the Microsoft technologies because they have something for just about everything (plus it pays the bills). I do like macs, and will probably by new macbook once the new ones come out.
I was about 1/2 through getting my MBA, specializing in Enterprise Intelligence before I gave that up for my new job out here in DC. I’m working on getting back to finishing that at a school out here (GW or Georgetown hopefully).
